The invention discloses a winch synchronous control method and device, a crane and a storage medium, and relates to the field of engineering machinery. The method comprises the steps of determining a motor displacement control current value corresponding to any winch motor based on a preset electric control pressure cut-off value under the condition that a winch load is between an empty load and a heavy load according to a multi-winch working condition; and outputting the motor displacement control current value to each winch motor so as to control each winch motor to have the same displacement. Each winch motor has the same displacement when the pressure is cut off, multi-winch synchronous control can be better achieved, in addition, due to the fact that the fact that the motors work at the working minimum displacement under the current load is guaranteed through the preset electric control pressure cut-off value, the speed of the motors can be increased while synchronization of double winches or multiple winches can be guaranteed, and the working efficiency of the motors is improved. The system efficiency is improved.

    本公开公开了一种卷扬同步控制方法、装置、起重机和存储介质,涉及工程机械领域。该方法包括:针对多卷扬工况,在卷扬载荷处于空载荷和重载荷之间的情况下,基于预设电控压力切断值,确定任意一个卷扬马达对应的马达排量控制电流值;以及向每个卷扬马达输出该马达排量控制电流值,以控制每个卷扬马达具有相同的排量。本公开每个卷扬马达在压力切断时具有相同的排量,能够更好地实现多卷扬同步控制,另外由于通过预设电控压力切断值保证了当前载荷下马达工作在可工作的最小排量,能够保证双卷扬或多卷扬同步的同时提高马达的速度,提高系统效率。
