A circular hole component lifting clamp comprises a lifting ring, a rotary connecting seat, a conical lifting iron core, an expansion cylinder and a locking adjusting component, the lifting ring is connected with the upper portion of the rotary connecting seat, and the lower portion of the rotary connecting seat is connected with a screw at the top of the conical lifting iron core. The locking adjusting component is connected to the portion, below the rotary connecting base, of the screw rod, the outer wall and the inner wall of the expansion cylinder are smooth surfaces, the outer wall is of a cylinder structure, the inner wall is of a conical cylinder structure, and a conical column of the conical lifting iron core is connected into the expansion cylinder in a matched mode; the locking adjusting component abuts against the top of the expansion cylinder. According to the circular hole part lifting clamp, due to the fact that the outer wall of the expansion cylinder and the center hole of the circular hole part are matched in a strip mode, the mutual contact area is large, and therefore the center hole of the circular hole part cannot be scratched; and when rotating force exists on the lifting rope, the rotating force cannot be transmitted to the circular hole part.
