The control system rocker arm disengaging mechanism has a linkage state and a disengaging state, in the linkage state, the push rod is located at the retracting position, and the two spring small rocker arms enable the second arc surfaces of the concave rotating shafts to make contact with and be clamped with the first arc surfaces on the two sides of the second end of the inner rocker arm under the pulling force of the spring; the inner rocker arm and the outer rocker arm can be integrated during swinging to form linkage; in the disengagement state, the push rod pushes the two push rod small rocker arms to rotate, the two concave rotating shafts drive the two spring small rocker arms to rotate correspondingly, so that the spring is lengthened, after the spring crosses the maximum lengthened length, the two spring small rocker arms rotate reversely to the upper side, and the concave rotating shafts rotate to the preset position under the tension action of the spring; and the inner rocker arm can freely swing in the fan-shaped groove of the outer rocker arm and can be separated from each other. The disengagement operation is convenient, the movement is smooth after disengagement, and the interference condition is avoided.
