The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile control, and particularly relates to a rest mode control method for preventing fatigue driving of a driver. When the driver continuously drives, the BCM calls a vehicle voice assistant to prompt the driver to have a rest in time; when the vehicle meets the conditions, the driver starts a leisure mode; if the user carries out personalized setting on the vehicle, the BCM sends a command to adjust the corresponding controllers in the vehicle according to the personalized setting, and if the user does not carry out personalized setting on the vehicle, the BCM sends a command to adjust the controllers according to default content to create a comfortable atmosphere for a driver; the problem that a driver cannot accurately control the driving time of the driving vehicle in the driving process can be solved; meanwhile, the rest quality in the automobile can be effectively improved.
