The invention discloses a blade electric vehicle integrated thermal management system based on edge calculation and a vehicle, and the system comprises a data collection module which is used for collecting data of a battery, an air conditioner compressor and a motor in real time; the edge calculation module is used for receiving the data of the battery, the air conditioner compressor and the motor, and performing data cleaning, conversion and analysis on the data to judge the health states of the battery, the air conditioner compressor and the motor and predict the future states of the battery, the air conditioner compressor and the motor at the same time; deep reinforcement learning is used for optimizing control strategies of the battery, the air conditioner compressor and the motor; and the controller is used for receiving the control strategy of the battery, the air conditioner compressor and the motor optimized by the edge calculation module and controlling the battery, the air conditioner compressor and the motor according to the control strategy. The problem of heat generated by the battery, the passenger compartment in the vehicle and the motor during operation of the new energy vehicle can be solved in real time, and the energy utilization efficiency and the operation stability of the vehicle are improved.
