The invention discloses a new energy automobile high-voltage 800V thermal management system and a control method. The new energy automobile high-voltage 800V thermal management system comprises an MCU, an electronic water pump, a cooling liquid electromagnetic valve set, an electric compressor, a cell temperature sensor, a power battery inlet and outlet water temperature sensor, a radiator, a radiator inlet and outlet temperature sensor and a plurality of fans. The fan is installed behind a power cabin water tank and on the surface of a motor radiator, the power battery inlet and outlet water temperature sensor is installed on a battery pack body, the radiator inlet and outlet temperature sensor is installed on the surface of the radiator, and the MCU is arranged in a whole vehicle cockpit. The MCU is connected with a controller of the fan, the electronic water pump, the cooling liquid electromagnetic valve set, a heat pump of the electric compressor, the cell temperature sensor, the power battery inlet and outlet water temperature sensor and the radiator temperature sensor, and all the components are connected into a whole through pipelines and the cooling liquid electromagnetic valve set. The use efficiency of the battery is improved, the conduction cross section of the battery is reduced, and the power consumption cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车高压800V热管理系统及控制方法,包括:MCU、电子水泵、冷却液电磁阀组、电动压缩机、电芯温度传感器、动力电池进出口水温传感器、散热器、散热器进出口温度传感器和若干风扇;所述风扇安装在动力舱水箱后面以及电机散热器表面,动力电池进出口水温传感器安装在电池包本体上,散热器进出口温度传感器安装在散热器表面,MCU装置在整车驾驶舱内,所述MCU连接风扇的控制器、电子水泵、冷却液电磁阀组、电动压缩机的热泵、电芯温度传感器、动力电池进出口水温传感器、散热器温度传感器,各部件通过管路和冷却液电磁阀组连接为一个整体。本发明提升了电池使用效率,降低了电池导通截面,实现用电降本。
