The invention discloses a fiber-metal hybrid laminate of a reverse honeycomb sandwich structure and a preparation method. The fiber-metal hybrid laminate is an advanced material supply technology obtained by performing multi-dimensional optimization combination on material structure design, a light alloy precision machining technology, a surface engineering technology and a heterogeneous composite material preparation technology. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, cutting a concave polygonal structure according to a design track by utilizing a subtractive machining technology, and closing an upper layer plate and a lower layer plate to form a concave reverse honeycomb sandwich structure; then, the machined surface of the metal laminate is subjected to chemical treatment to be passivated, and the purpose is to increase the bonding force between the fiber layer and the metal layer; then, the concave structure of the metal layer is filled with a viscous mixture, and the multifunctional characteristic and the impact resistance characteristic of the composite laminate are guaranteed; then, the fiber prepreg is laid between the upper layer metal plate and the lower layer metal plate, and a prefabricated fiber-metal hybrid laminate is obtained; and finally, performing hot-pressing curing treatment on the prefabricated mixed laminate through a vacuum bag-autoclave system to obtain the applicable composite laminate.

    一种逆向蜂窝夹层结构的纤维‑金属混杂层板及制备方法,是将材料结构设计、轻质合金精密加工技术、表面工程技术、异质复合材料制备技术进行多维度优化组合得到的一种先进材料供应技术。首先,利用减材加工技术,按照设计轨迹切削内凹的多边形结构,上下层板闭合,构成内凹的逆向蜂窝夹层结构;然后,对金属层板的加工表面进行化学处理,使其钝化,目的是增大纤维层与金属层之间的黏接力;然后,在金属层的内凹结构中充填粘稠状混合物,保证复合层板的多功能特性和抗冲击特性;然后,将纤维预浸料铺设在上下层金属板之间,获得预制纤维‑金属混杂层板;最后,对预制混杂层板通过真空袋‑热压罐系统,进行热压固化处理,获得可应用的复合层板。
