The invention discloses a battery thermal management system, a battery pack with the same and a vehicle. The battery thermal management system comprises a shunting inlet pipe, the shunting inlet pipe comprises an inlet layer and a connecting layer which are communicated, the inlet layer is provided with an inlet of a heat exchange medium, a space in the connecting layer is communicated with a plurality of shunting channels, and the heat exchange medium flows into the connecting layer through the plurality of shunting channels; the first ends of the plurality of heat exchange tubes are respectively communicated with the connecting layer; and the outlet pipe communicates with the second ends of the multiple heat exchange pipes, and the outlet pipe is provided with an outlet of the heat exchange medium. According to the battery thermal management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the flow of the heat exchange medium flowing to the plurality of heat exchange tubes is relatively uniform, the heat exchange effect of the battery thermal management system can be improved, the internal pressure of the flow channel can be reduced to avoid failure of the battery thermal management system, and the reliability of the battery thermal management system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电池热管理系统及具有其的电池包和车辆。电池热管理系统包括:分流进管,分流进管包括连通的入口层和连接层,入口层设有换热介质的入口,连接层内的空间与多个分流通道连通,换热介质通过多个分流通道流入连接层内;多个换热管,多个换热管的第一端分别与连接层连通;出口管,出口管与多个换热管的第二端连通,出口管设有换热介质的出口。根据本发明实施例的电池热管理系统,使得流向多个换热管的换热介质流量比较均匀,可以提高电池热管理系统的换热效果,可以减少流道内部压强以避免电池热管理系统失效,提高电池热管理系统的可靠性。
