The invention provides a method for calculating theoretical parking delay of vehicles at a signalized intersection based on queuing dissipation characteristics, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a large-range tactical traffic detection domain in front of a parking line by adopting an interval vehicle distribution characteristic identification and detection technology; all to-be-dissipated vehicles and corresponding position information sequences in a detection domain including a target vehicle are analyzed and established, a road right attribute and time range atlas function of a vehicle passing channel time block is established based on an operation background scheme, and based on dynamic queuing and dissipation characteristics of the vehicles in the sequences, the vehicle passing channel time block is determined. And establishing a calculation model of the time when the vehicle arrives at the parking line and the time when the vehicle leaves the parking line, obtaining the queuing parking delay time before the target vehicle arrives at the parking line and the waiting red light parking delay time after the target vehicle arrives at the parking line, and finally obtaining the total theoretical parking delay time of the vehicle at the signal control intersection. The method is suitable for different signal control scenes of fixed period, induction, coordination, emergency, priority and the like, and is wide in applicability.

    本发明提供了一种基于排队消散特征的信号交叉口车辆理论停车延误计算方法,采用区间车辆分布特征识别检测技术,在停车线前构建大范围的战术交通检测域,目标车辆进入该检测域时,分析建立包含目标车辆在内的检测域中所有待消散车辆及相应的位置信息序列,依托运行背景方案,建立车辆放行通道时间块的路权属性及时间范围图谱函数,基于序列中车辆的动态排队与消散特征,建立车辆抵达停车线时刻及离开停车线时刻的计算模型,获取目标车辆抵达停车线前的排队停车延误时长及抵达停车线后的等红灯停车延误时长,最终获取车辆在信号控制交叉口的总理论停车延误时长。本发明适用于定周期、感应、协调、紧急、优先等不同信号控制场景,适用性广。
