    本发明提供了一种基于雷视融合的异常交通态势检测方法、装置及系统,涉及异常交通态势识别技术领域,该方法通过对雷达检测路况数据和视频检测路况数据进行数据融合,得到多个车辆的雷视信息,并根据多个车辆的雷视信息综合确定目标区域的交通态势,提高了交通态势分析的准确性。本发明弥补了单一路测摄像机数据自身局限性,解决了异常交通态势识别易受恶劣天气影响导致精度不够的问题,提高异常交通态势识别的准确率和效率,为道路异常交通状况处理,提供高效精准证据资料。
