The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging load prediction method and device. The method comprises the following steps: decomposing a time sequence through a variational mode decomposition method to obtain a first intrinsic mode component and a residual component; decomposing the residual component through an adaptive noise complete set empirical mode decomposition method to obtain a second intrinsic mode component; calculating sample entropies of the second intrinsic mode components, and combining the second intrinsic mode components with similar sample entropies to obtain high-frequency, intermediate-frequency and low-frequency components; and predicting the first intrinsic mode component, the high-frequency component, the intermediate-frequency component and the low-frequency component through a bidirectional long-short-term memory network to obtain a first prediction result and a second prediction result, and obtaining a final prediction result. According to the method, two-stage decomposition is carried out on the time sequence, and finer-grained residual component decomposition is realized, so that the limitation of the randomness of the charging behavior of the electric vehicle on the effectiveness of the prediction model is eliminated, and the accuracy of the charging load prediction result of the electric vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开一种电动汽车充电负荷预测方法及装置,包括:通过变分模态分解方法对时间序列进行分解得到第一固有模态分量以及剩余残差分量;通过自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解方法对剩余残差分量进行分解,得到第二固有模态分量;计算第二固有模态分量的样本熵,并将样本熵的值相似的第二固有模态分量合并得到高频、中频以及低频分量;通过双向长短期记忆网络对第一固有模态分量和高频、中频以及低频分量进行预测,得到第一预测结果和第二预测结果,并得到最终的预测结果。本发明对时间序列进行两阶段的分解,实现更细粒度的剩余分量分解,从而消除电动汽车充电行为随机性对预测模型有效性的限制,提高了电动汽车充电负荷预测结果的准确性。
