The invention provides an inflatable floating hose for conveying and transferring liquid substances on a ship and a laying method of the inflatable floating hose. The inflatable floating hose comprises an inner film, an outer film, an inflation cavity and a connector. The inflation cavity is of a closed structure located between the inner film and the outer film. The inflation cavity is provided with an inflation valve; a conveying channel is formed in the inner film; the connecting joint is positioned at the end part of the conveying channel; the connecting joint comprises an inner sealing ring, a hose splicing tape and an outer sealing ring; the inner sealing ring comprises a communicating pipe, and an outer sealing ring mounting part is arranged in the middle of the outer side of the communicating pipe in the circumferential direction; the communicating pipe is installed at the end of the conveying channel in an interference fit mode. The outer sealing ring is inserted and mounted on the outer side of the outer sealing ring mounting part; and the hose adhesive tape is adhered to the surface of the outer film at the end part of the inflatable floating hose. The problems that an existing hose is large in density, and the underwater part is prone to deformation due to water impact force are solved.
