According to the exhaust safety valve, one end of a valve seat is provided with a high-pressure air chamber cavity, a valve seat channel and an air chamber channel, the valve rod is arranged in the valve seat channel; the side wall of the valve rod part abuts against the inner wall of the valve seat channel so that the valve seat channel can be divided into at least two independent cavities, each cavity comprises an exhaust air chamber and a valve seat air chamber communicated with the air chamber channel, and the exhaust air chamber can be communicated with the high-pressure air chamber and is provided with an exhaust hole; the flow guide assembly is arranged in the air chamber channel and is provided with a flow guide hole; the valve body is connected with the other end of the valve seat; the first elastic piece is arranged between the valve rod and the valve body. When the exhaust safety valve is opened, the high-pressure gas chamber cavity is communicated with the exhaust gas chamber cavity, so that high-pressure gas is exhausted from the exhaust hole, the pressure of the valve seat gas chamber cavity is increased, the high-pressure gas is exhausted to the high-pressure gas chamber cavity through the flow guide hole, the pressure difference of the cavity is automatically controlled, and the closing speed is adjusted.

    本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是涉及一种排气安全阀及汽车空气悬架系统。排气安全阀包括:阀座的一端具有高压气室腔以及分别与高压气室腔连通的阀座通道和气室通道;阀杆设置于阀座通道内;阀杆部分的侧壁与阀座通道的内壁抵接,以将阀座通道分隔为至少两个独立的腔体,腔体包括排气气室腔和与气室通道连通的阀座气室腔,排气气室腔能够与高压气室腔连通且开设有排气孔;导流组件设置于气室通道内且开设有导流孔;阀体与阀座的另一端连接;第一弹性件设置在阀杆和阀体之间。当排气安全阀开启,高压气室腔与排气气室腔连通,以从排气孔排出高压气体,且阀座气室腔的压力升高并经由导流孔排至高压气室腔,以自动控制腔体压差,实现调节关闭速度。
