本发明公开了一种阴极炭块吊装机械手及其操作方法,涉及吊装技术领域,包括固定框,固定框的左右两侧设有一对对称分布的侧板,一对侧板的相背面均安装有侧边框;侧边框的底面前后两侧固设有一对对称分布的固定座,侧边框的前后两侧面底部固设有一对对称分别的L型座;一对L型座的下方设有一对前后对称分布的L型支架,一对L型支架的相对面均固设有夹板;一对固定座之间设有竖向放置的H型板,H型板的正下方设有椭圆板,椭圆板的底面固设有压板。本发明进一步提高了整体的结构强度,以适用于对不同尺寸阴极炭块的夹持吊装作业,减少劳动强度的同时增强此项工作的安全系数,避免阴极炭块的掉落现象。本发明主要应用于阴极炭块吊装方面。
