The invention relates to an automatic warehousing unmanned aerial vehicle platform system which comprises a platform base, a plurality of transmission modules are arranged on the platform base, a moving flat plate used for carrying an unmanned aerial vehicle is arranged above the transmission modules, a storage platform capable of moving up and down is connected to the side face of the platform base, and the transmission modules and the storage platform are connected to a controller. The controller is used for controlling the working state of the transmission module and the working state of the storage platform, and the movable flat plate is driven by the transmission module to move so as to convey the unmanned aerial vehicle to the storage platform. Compared with the prior art, automatic and reliable warehousing of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be ensured, the warehousing efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
