The electronic mechanical brake device comprises a driving mechanism, an elastic deformation part, a friction plate, a brake disc and a detection assembly, the elastic deformation part is located between the driving mechanism and the friction plate, and the driving mechanism is used for pushing the friction plate to move towards the brake disc through the elastic deformation part so as to generate braking force; the elastic deformation part is extruded by the driving mechanism and the friction plate to deform, and the detection assembly is used for detecting the deformation quantity generated by the elastic deformation part in the process from the moment when the friction plate makes contact with the brake disc to the moment when the braking force reaches the preset braking force. The preset braking force is obtained by calculating the deformation quantity of the elastic deformation part, and compared with a mode of detecting by adopting a force sensor, on one hand, the method is not influenced by high temperature generated by friction between the friction plate and the brake disc, the accuracy of a detection result is ensured, and on the other hand, the detection difficulty can be reduced, and the detection cost can be reduced.

    一种电子机械制动装置和车辆,电子机械制动装置包括:驱动机构、弹性形变部件、摩擦片,制动盘以及检测组件,弹性形变部件位于驱动机构与摩擦片之间,驱动机构用于通过弹性形变部件推动摩擦片朝向制动盘移动、以产生制动力,弹性形变部件受驱动机构与摩擦片的挤压而产生形变,检测组件用于检测弹性形变部件自摩擦片接触制动盘起、至制动力达到预设制动力的过程中弹性形变部件所产生的形变量。通过弹性形变部件的形变量的计算得到预设制动力的大小,相较于采用力传感器进行检测的方式,一方面,不受制摩擦片与制动盘摩擦所产生的高温的影响,保证检测结果的准确性,另一方面,能够降低检测难度,并降低检测成本。
