The invention discloses a new energy automobile battery swap station-based charging and battery swap integrated energy control method, which comprises an in-station charging module, an out-station charging module and a charging module shared by the in-station charging module and the out-station charging module, and is controlled by using an energy management main control board, a station control upper computer, a charging board, a charging pile and a PDU control board. The energy management main control board is the core of the whole charging and switching integrated system, performs data interaction with the station control upper computer, receives a control command, performs data interaction and command control with the sub-equipment charging board, the charging pile and the PDU control board, and controls and switches the output of the charging module according to battery data acquired by the equipment charging board, the charging pile and the PDU control board; according to the scheme, on one hand, the charging station can adapt to the charging pile, the charging capacity of the charging station is improved, on the other hand, the charging module of the charging station is fully utilized, and the cost of the charging station is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于新能源汽车换电站充换一体能源控制方法,包括站内充电和站外充电及站内充电和站外充电共用的充电模块,本发明通过使用能源管理主控板、站控上位机、充电板、充电桩和PDU控制板进行控制,能源管理主控板为整个充换一体系统的核心,与站控上位机数据交互,接收控制命令,并与子设备充电板、充电桩和PDU控制板进行数据交互与命令控制,根据设备充电板、充电桩和PDU控制板获取到的电池数据,控制并切换充电模块输出;此方案一方面使换电站能够适配充电桩并增加了换电站的充电能力,另一方面是换电站的充电模块充分利用,降低换电站的成本。
