The invention relates to the technical field of metro section power supply, in particular to a direct-current power supply system of a metro section air shaft, which comprises a section air shaft, a substation A and a substation B. The substation A and the substation B are arranged at two ends of the section air shaft. An electric train is arranged between the contact net and the steel rail, the contact net and the steel rail are connected with a DC/DC conversion device, and the DC/DC conversion device is simultaneously connected with an energy storage device, a direct-current water pump and a direct-current fan through a direct-current bus. Full-direct-current power supply of the section air shaft equipment is achieved, and the engineering cost is lower on the basis that the power supply reliability of the system is guaranteed.
