The invention discloses a helicopter armor structure resistant to a half-speed 12.7 mm armor-piercing bullet, and relates to the field of helicopter structure design. The structure comprises a ceramic panel and a carbon fiber honeycomb sandwich backboard which are sequentially arranged in the incidence direction of the armor-piercing bullet; the ceramic panel is made of anti-bullet ceramic; the carbon fiber honeycomb sandwich back plate comprises a bullet facing face wall plate, a carbon honeycomb sandwich layer and a bullet backing face wall plate which are sequentially arranged in the armor-piercing bullet incidence direction. The bullet facing face wall plate and the bullet backing face wall plate are both made of metal or fiber reinforced composite materials. The carbon honeycomb sandwich layer is of a honeycomb structure; the material of the carbon honeycomb sandwich layer is a carbon fiber reinforced composite material; the ceramic panel is used for breaking the bullet of the armor-piercing bullet and reducing the kinetic energy of the armor-piercing bullet through an abrasion effect; the carbon fiber honeycomb sandwich backboard is used for providing anti-bending support and anti-compression support for the ceramic panel when the armor-piercing bullet penetrates through the ceramic panel. Local supporting rigidity can be improved, and the mass of the composite material back plate in the armor can be reduced.

    本发明公开一种抗半速12.7mm穿甲弹的直升机装甲结构,涉及直升机结构设计领域,该结构包括:沿穿甲弹入射方向依次设置的陶瓷面板和碳纤维蜂窝夹芯背板;陶瓷面板的材料为抗弹陶瓷;碳纤维蜂窝夹芯背板包括沿穿甲弹入射方向依次设置的迎弹面壁板、碳蜂窝夹芯层和背弹面壁板;迎弹面壁板和背弹面壁板的材料均为金属或者纤维增强复合材料;碳蜂窝夹芯层为蜂窝结构;碳蜂窝夹芯层的材料为碳纤维增强复合材料;陶瓷面板用于破碎穿甲弹弹头以及通过磨蚀作用削减穿甲弹动能;碳纤维蜂窝夹芯背板用于在穿甲弹侵彻陶瓷面板时为陶瓷面板提供抗弯支撑和抗压缩支撑。本发明能够提高局部支撑刚度并减小装甲中符合材料背板的质量。
