The invention discloses a heavy crane of a phosphating surface treatment device. The heavy crane comprises a portal frame and a material frame located below the portal frame. A motor and a lifting hook assembly are further arranged on the portal frame, the motor is connected with the lifting hook assembly through a chain, the lifting hook assembly comprises a cross beam and sliding blocks installed at the two ends of the cross beam, a first support and a second support are further arranged on the cross beam, and a material frame is hooked through the first support and the second support. And the material frame is driven to move along the portal frame. Due to the fact that the motor is used for promoting the chain to rotate, and then the chain drives the material frame to move, power of the motor can be stably and reliably conveyed to the material frame, reliable power is provided for movement of the material frame, and the problems that a hanging belt is corroded in an acid-base environment, and toughness and strength are affected are effectively solved. Besides, the lifting hook assembly adopts a four-point type stress mode, so that the weight of the workpiece can be dispersed, a travelling crane can stably run, and the problem that the material frame shakes when moving can be thoroughly solved.

    本发明公开了一种磷化表面处理设备的重型行车,包括龙门架、位于所述龙门架下方的料框;所述龙门架上还设有电动机和吊钩总成,且所述电动机通过链条与吊钩总成连接,所述吊钩总成包括横梁、安装在横梁两端的滑块,且所述横梁上还设有第一支架和第二支架,并通过所述第一支架和第二支架勾住料框,以带动料框沿着龙门架移动。由于利用电动机促使链条转动,再通过链条带动料框移动,故而可将电动机的动力稳定可靠的输送给料框,以为料框的移动提供可靠的动力,有效解决了吊带在酸碱环境下,会被腐蚀以及韧性和强度受影响的问题。另外,吊钩总成采用四点式受力的方式,可以分散工件重量,以使其行车平稳运故而可以彻底解决料框移动时出现晃动问题。
