The invention discloses a steel box girder lifting appliance capable of mechanically changing lifting point positions and a lifting method of the steel box girder lifting appliance, and belongs to sea-crossing bridge constructions.The steel box girder lifting appliance comprises a secondary lifting appliance, the bottom end of the secondary lifting appliance is connected with at least two lifting points at the top of a steel box girder, and a plurality of secondary lifting points are evenly arranged on the top face of the secondary lifting appliance close to one end of the secondary lifting appliance at intervals; a fixed lifting point is arranged at the position, close to the other end, of the top face of the second-stage lifting appliance, the fixed lifting point is connected with the first-stage balance beam through a first rigging, three lifting holes are formed in the three-hole lifting plate in a penetrating mode, one lifting hole is connected with one second-stage lifting point, and the other lifting hole is connected with the first-stage balance beam through a second rigging; the free lifting holes in the three-eye hole plate can quickly correspond to the adjacent lifting points in position, the three-eye lifting plate can be connected and disassembled only through the shaft penetrating device manually, additional lifting equipment is not needed for lifting and connecting a lifting appliance, and the lifting points can be efficiently and safely adjusted in a short distance.

    本发明公开了一种机械式变换吊点位置的钢箱梁吊具及其吊装方法,属于跨海桥梁建筑,包括:二级吊具,二级吊具的底端与钢箱梁顶部至少两个吊点连接,二级吊具的顶面靠近其一端端头均匀间隔设置有多个二级吊点,二级吊具的顶面靠近其另一端设置有固定吊点,固定吊点通过第一索具与一级平衡梁连接,三眼吊板贯穿设置有三个吊孔,其中一个吊孔与一个二级吊点连接,另一个吊孔通过第二索具与一级平衡梁连接;三眼孔板上空闲的吊孔能够快速与相邻的吊点进行位置对应,只需要人工通过穿轴器实现三眼吊板的连接和拆卸操作,不需要额外的起重设备吊装连接吊具,能够实现短距离高效、安全调节吊点。
