The invention provides a propeller testing device and method, and the device comprises a vacuum chamber, and a fixed rack, a measurement assembly, a main shaft, a middle connector, a propeller clamp, a pitch changing mechanism and a power mechanism which are disposed in the vacuum chamber. The measuring assembly is arranged on the fixed rack, and a sensor of the measuring assembly is connected with a data interface in the surface of the vacuum bin and used for collecting rotation data of the propeller; the main shaft is arranged on a connecting plate of the measuring assembly; the middle connector sleeves the main shaft and is rotationally connected with the main shaft; the paddle clamp is arranged at the end part of the middle connector and can rotate; the pitch changing mechanism is arranged on the main shaft and used for driving the paddle clamps to rotate; the power mechanism is arranged on the main shaft, and the output end of the power mechanism is connected with the middle connector. According to the propeller testing device and the propeller testing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the vacuum bin does not need to be opened and closed for many times, the rotation data under different attack angles can be quickly acquired, the bin opening frequency can be effectively reduced, and the testing efficiency can be improved.

    本发明提供了一种螺旋桨的测试装置及测试方法,其中,该装置包括:真空仓,以及设置在真空仓内的固定台架、测量组件、主轴、中联、桨夹、变距机构和动力机构;测量组件设置在固定台架上,其传感器与真空仓表面的数据接口相连,用于采集螺旋桨的转动数据;主轴设置在测量组件的连接板上;中联套设在主轴上,并转动连接;桨夹设置在中联的端部,并能够转动;变距机构设置在主轴上,用于带动桨夹转动;动力机构设置在主轴上,且动力机构的输出端与中联相连。通过本发明实施例提供的螺旋桨的测试装置及测试方法,不需要多次开启关闭真空仓,能够快速采集到不同攻角下的转动数据,可以有效降低开仓频率,提高测试效率。
