The invention relates to a coiled bionic tree-climbing robot and a working method thereof.The coiled bionic tree-climbing robot comprises a head section, a tail section and a plurality of middle sections used for being connected between the head section and the tail section, the head section and the tail section are rotationally connected with the adjacent middle sections, and the adjacent middle sections are connected through middle section linkage assemblies; the middle section linkage assembly comprises hinge plates which are fixedly arranged at the front ends and the rear ends of the middle sections so as to facilitate hinge joint of the adjacent middle sections, linkage shafts which extend front and back are arranged in the middle sections, the two ends of each linkage shaft penetrate through the corresponding middle section, every two adjacent linkage shafts are in connection transmission through a universal joint, and limiting rods protrude out of the left side and the right side of each hinge plate. The outer extension sections of the rotating shafts at the hinged positions of the hinged plates are coaxially sleeved with torsional springs, and the two ends of the torsional springs abut against the upper ends and the lower ends of the different limiting rods on the same sides of the two hinged plates correspondingly; the coiled type bionic tree-climbing robot has the advantages that the coiled type bionic tree-climbing robot is simple and reasonable, the steering is convenient and fast, the application range is wide, and the cost is effectively saved.

    本发明涉及一种盘绕式仿生爬树机器人及其工作方法,包括首节、尾节以及首节与尾节之间用以链接的若干中间节,所述首节与尾节均与其相邻的中间节转动连接,各相邻中间节之间均经中间节联动组件相连接,所述中间节联动组件包括固设有中间节前后端以利于相邻中间节铰接的铰接板,所述各中间节内均设有前后延伸且两端部均贯穿中间节的联动轴,两相邻的联动轴之间均经万向节连接传动,所述铰接板左右侧均凸出有限位杆,所述铰接板铰接处的转轴外延伸段均同轴套设有扭簧,所述扭簧两端分别抵接在两铰接板同侧的不同限位杆的上端与下端;所述中间节左右侧对称设置有爬轮组,该盘绕式仿生爬树机器人简单合理,转向便捷,适用范围较大且有效节省成本。
