The invention relates to the technical field of charging guns, and discloses a high-power charging gun cooling system which comprises a charging gun body, two parallel charging cables are installed on the charging gun body, and cooling liquid conveying pipes are installed in the charging cables in an embedded mode. A first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor are further arranged in the charging gun body, and the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor are installed at the ends, arranged in the charging gun body, of the two charging cables respectively. Active liquid cooling is adopted, compared with natural cooling, the heat dissipation effect is greatly improved, the gun wire adopting a liquid cooling system can reduce the cross section of the cable and the cross section of the copper core, meanwhile, the current-carrying capacity of the cable can be improved, taking the gun wire with the current-carrying capacity of 600A as an example, the cross section of the copper core is 16mm < 2 >, and compared with an original cable with the current of 250A (the cross section of the copper core is 80mm < 2 >) and adopting a natural cooling mode, the cross section of the copper core is reduced by 80%, and the service life of the gun wire is prolonged. The diameter of the cable is reduced by 35% (taking the diameter of a natural cooling gun line as 40mm and the diameter of a liquid cooling gun line as 26mm as an example), and the current-carrying capacity is improved by 2.4 times.

    本发明涉及充电枪技术领域,公开了一种大功率充电枪冷却系统,包括充电枪本体,充电枪本体上安装有两根相互平行的充电线缆,没跟输送充电线缆内均嵌入安装有冷却液输送管;所述充电枪本体内还设置有第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器,第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器分别安装在两根所述充电线缆置于充电枪本体内的端部。本发明通过液冷主动冷却,相比自然冷却,大大提升了散热效果,采用液冷系统的枪线可减小线缆截面和铜芯截面,同时还能提高线缆载流量,以载流量600A枪线为例,铜芯截面积16mm2,相比较原250A(铜芯截面积80mm2)采用自然冷却方式的电缆,铜芯截面积减小80%,线缆直径减小35%(以自然冷却枪线直径40mm,液冷枪线26mm为例),载流量提升2.4倍。
