The light-weight vehicle body material is composed of multiple layers and comprises a foam aluminum alloy inner layer set, carbon fiber powder modified polydicyclopentadiene sheet layers are arranged on the two outer sides of the foam aluminum alloy inner layer set respectively, the foam aluminum alloy inner layer set comprises at least two foam aluminum alloy inner layers, and an aluminum alloy interlayer is arranged between every two adjacent foam aluminum alloy inner layers. The foamed aluminum alloy can effectively enhance the mechanical property of the whole material, solves the technical problem of poor mechanical property of single foamed aluminum alloy, gives full play to the advantages of light weight and sound absorption of the foamed aluminum alloy, and is suitable for being used as a vehicle body material of a lightweight vehicle.
