According to the specific implementation scheme, under the condition that a first vehicle is steering, a target obstacle is determined based on the track steering type of the first vehicle; determining a collision risk of the first vehicle and the target obstacle based on at least one of historical decision information of the first vehicle for the target obstacle and distance information between the target obstacle and the first vehicle; and determining whether to control the first vehicle to change lanes or not based on the collision risk. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the collision probability of vehicle steering running can be reduced.
