The invention provides a biological state guiding device. A biological state guidance device is provided with: a biological state estimation unit that estimates the biological state of an occupant of a vehicle; a target value determination unit that determines a target value, which is an index for a state in which the biological state of the occupant is targeted; a stimulus generation unit that controls a stimulus generation device that generates a stimulus that guides the living body state of the occupant so as to approach the target value, on the basis of the estimated living body state and the target value; and a position information detection unit that detects position information of the vehicle, and the target value determination unit determines the target value on the basis of the position information.
