The control device is provided with: a movement information acquisition unit that acquires information indicating a use period of the moving body and a movement distance or a movement destination of the moving body to be secured during the use period; and a restricting unit that restricts the amount of power from a battery provided in the moving body to the outside of the moving body so as to ensure that the moving body can move by the moving distance or move to the moving destination during use.
