The invention provides a driving wheel of an electric vehicle, which comprises a motor stator, a motor rotor, a multi-stage planetary gear structure, an output-stage planetary gear structure, a wheel assembly, an electromagnetic brake assembly, an encoder and the like, and all the parts are integrated and mounted on an integrated bracket through the integrated bracket, so that the overall rigidity and precision of the driving wheel are ensured, and the driving wheel is convenient to use. The multi-stage planetary gear structure and the output-stage planetary gear structure are arranged to decelerate the motor rotor, so that the reduction ratio is increased, the rotating speed of the motor rotor is greatly improved on the premise of ensuring the rotating speed of the output end, and the torque of the motor rotor is reduced under the condition of the same output power; and the braking force of the corresponding electromagnetic brake can be reduced, so that the sizes of the motor rotor, the motor stator and the electromagnetic brake are smaller, and the manufacturing cost is saved. The wiring groove is formed in the plane of one end of the side plate, no open wire exists on the surface of a finished product, the use reliability of the rubber coating wheel is improved, and meanwhile inconvenience caused by wire connection when the rubber coating wheel needs to be disassembled and replaced after being abraded is avoided.

    本发明提供一种电动车辆的驱动轮,包括电机定子、电机转子、多级行星齿轮结构、输出级行星齿轮结构、车轮组件、电磁制动器组件、编码器等,通过一体式支架,将上述各零部件集成安装在一体式支架上,使本发明整体刚性和精度得到了保证,通过设置多级行星齿轮结构与输出级行星齿轮结构对电机转子进行减速,增加了减速比,在保证输出端转速的前提下,电机转子的转速得到了较大幅度的提高,在同样输出功率的条件下,电机转子的扭矩减小,相应的电磁制动器的制动力也可以减小,从而使电机转子、电机定子和电磁制动器的体积更小,节约制造成本。本发明通过在侧板的一端平面开设走线槽,成品表面没有明线,提升了本发明使用的可靠性,同时避免了包胶轮磨损后需拆卸更换但因导线连接带来的不便。
