The invention discloses an inflation-free explosion-proof safety tire of a bionic structure and a preparation method thereof.The safety tire comprises a rim, elastic supporting mechanisms evenly distributed on the circumference of the rim, a vibration reduction unit, a filling part for absorbing vibration energy, a fixing ring and a tire rubber surface, and the fixing ring is fixedly attached to the tire rubber surface; the supporting mechanisms and the damping units are arranged at intervals, and a cavity between the rim and the fixing ring is filled with the filling part; each supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of elastic sleeves, and an elastic supporting body is arranged in each elastic sleeve. According to the safety tire provided by the invention, the elastic support body is used for replacing an inner tube of a pneumatic tire to obtain bearing and buffering capacities, so that the safety tire has good elasticity of a common pneumatic tire, also has bulletproof, explosion-proof and inflation-free performances, and is higher in safety.     本发明公开了一种仿生学结构的免充气防爆安全轮胎及其制备方法,安全轮胎包括轮辋、于轮辋圆周均匀分布的弹性支撑机构、减振单元、以及吸收振动能量的填充部、固定圈和轮胎橡胶面,固定圈与轮胎橡胶面附着固结,支撑机构和减振单元间隔设置,填充部填充于轮辋和固定圈之间的空腔中;每组支撑机构包含若干个弹性套筒,每个弹性套筒内含弹性支撑体。本发明提供的安全轮胎以弹性支持体代替充气轮胎内胎获得承载和缓冲能力,既具有普通充气轮胎的良好弹性,又具有防弹、防爆免充气性能,安全性更高。与普通免充气实心轮胎相比,本结构具有良好的行驶稳定性,兼顾强度和弹性,显著减轻簧下质量,利于减振及提高车速,使车辆更适于越野行驶。
