The acquisition unit (111) acquires travel data of an electric vehicle. A prediction unit (112) predicts an aging failure of a drive circuit of a motor for driving drive wheels of an electric vehicle on the basis of travel data of the electric vehicle. The driving data comprises position data of the electric vehicle and data related to power consumption. The prediction unit (112) predicts a failure in aging of the drive circuit on the basis of an increase in the amount of power consumption when the electric vehicle travels on the same path.
