The magnetic poles comprise a first main magnetic pole, a middle magnetic pole and auxiliary magnetic poles, the first main magnetic pole and the middle magnetic pole are arranged from outside to inside along the radial direction, the middle magnetic pole comprises a second main magnetic pole and a soft magnetic pole which are axially superposed, the soft magnetic pole is connected to the rotor back iron, and the auxiliary magnetic poles are respectively arranged on two sides of the middle magnetic pole. The first main magnetic poles and the auxiliary magnetic poles are arranged from outside to inside in the radial direction, and the magnetizing directions of the first main magnetic poles, the second main magnetic poles and the auxiliary magnetic poles are all the axial directions. According to the structure, the driving motor has the characteristic of reverse salient poles, and the characteristic enables the motor to expand the current angle adjusting range in flux-weakening speed regulation control, so that the speed regulation range of the motor is improved.
