The invention relates to an anti-type noise elimination tail exhaust, a fuel cell vehicle and a water and heat management method thereof, the anti-type noise elimination tail exhaust comprises a plurality of communicated noise reduction cavities, the noise reduction cavities are separated through perforated plates, and the pore diameters of holes of the perforated plates are different; the silencer inlet and the silencer outlet are formed in the two ends of the silencing tail exhaust respectively, and an inlet silencing pipe and an outlet silencing pipe which penetrate through and are communicated with the noise reduction cavities are arranged at the silencer inlet and the silencer outlet respectively; the water collection cavity is communicated with the noise reduction cavity; and the water flow channel is arranged at an outlet of the water collecting cavity and is provided with a hydrothermal management execution device. The tail discharge cavity is divided into four parts, water and heat management is carried out on liquid in the water collection cavity through the water and heat management execution device, tail discharge water can be sufficiently cooled and condensed through the water collection cavity, and condensed water is gathered in the water collection cavity and discharged; and the fuel cell tail discharge pipe adopts resistance noise elimination, so that the noise reduction performance is improved.
本发明涉及一种抗式消声尾排、燃料电池车辆及其水、热管理方法,其中抗式消声尾排包括:多个联通的降噪腔体,降噪腔体之间通过穿孔板分隔,各所述穿孔板的孔洞孔径大小各不相同;消声器进口与消声器出口,分别设置于消声尾排两端,消声器进口和消声器出口处分别设置有贯穿并联通各降噪腔体的进口消声管与出口消声管;集水腔体,与降噪腔体相联通;水流通道,设置于集水腔体出口,水流通道设置有水热管理执行装置。本发明将尾排腔体设置成四部分,并通过水热管理执行装置对集水腔体内液体进行水、热管理,使得尾排水能够通过噪腔体进行充分的降温与冷凝,冷凝水在集水腔体进行汇聚并排出;并且燃料电池尾排管采用抗性消声,提升了降噪性能。
