The invention discloses a 1500V flexible direct-current ultrafast charging cable and a preparation method thereof. The 1500V flexible direct-current ultrafast charging cable comprises an inner conductor, a flexible coating layer, a flexible insulating layer, a flexible lining layer, a reinforcing layer and a halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin sheath layer, wherein the inner conductor is formed by twisting a plurality of monofilaments; the flexible coating layer, the flexible insulating layer, the flexible lining layer, the reinforcing layer and the halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin sheath layer are sequentially arranged outside the inner conductor; the reinforcing layer is a braid layer arranged outside the flexible lining layer; the flexible insulating layer material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of polyolefin resin, 8-18 parts of polyethylene, 150-200 parts of a composite flame retardant, 6.5-11 parts of a lubricant, 13-20 parts of an antioxidant and anti-copper agent, 9-35 parts of a bridging agent and 15-26 parts of a maleic anhydride graft. The whole flexible cable is made of a flexible material, and the flexible insulating layer has good mechanical property, flexibility and flame retardant property. The charging pile can bear short-time large current, has the advantages of high temperature resistance, good flexibility and good flame retardant property, and can meet the requirements of the existing charging pile and a novel sliding rail type charging pile.

    本发明公开了一种1500V柔性直流超快充电缆及其制备方法,包括由多根单丝绞合而成的内导体以及依次设置在内导体外的柔性包覆层、柔性绝缘层、柔性内衬层、加强层以及无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套层;所述加强层为设置在柔性内衬层外的编织层;所述柔性绝缘层材料的原料配比按照下列重量的组份计算:聚烯烃树脂110份,聚乙烯8—18份,复合型阻燃剂150—200份,润滑剂6.5—11份,抗氧抗铜剂13—20份,架桥剂9—35份,马来酸酐接枝物15—26份。本发明整体采用柔性材质,其中柔性绝缘层具有良好的力学性能、柔韧性、良好的阻燃性能。本发明能承受短时大电流,具有耐高温、柔软性好,同时具有良好的阻燃性能,能满足现有的充电桩以及新型的滑轨式的充电桩的需求。
