The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle track processing method, which is applied to terminal equipment deployed on a target vehicle, and comprises the following steps: determining an initial position of the target vehicle; sending a track acquisition request carrying the initial position to a cloud platform, and receiving a fusion track set corresponding to the initial position and returned by the cloud platform according to the track acquisition request, the fusion track set comprises a fusion track of the target vehicle and a fusion track of an associated vehicle associated with the target vehicle; and according to the fusion trajectory of the target vehicle, determining a target prediction trajectory of the target vehicle, and according to the fusion trajectory of the associated vehicle, determining an associated prediction trajectory of the associated vehicle. The time delay compensation of the communication link is realized through prediction, so that the finally obtained target prediction trajectory and the associated prediction trajectory have real-time performance and accuracy, and the motion trend of surrounding vehicles can be timely and accurately determined.
