A simulation detection device for detecting leakage of an airplane nitrogen cylinder comprises a closed negative pressure bin, a nitrogen concentration tester arranged in the closed negative pressure bin, operation gloves, a negative pressure gauge and a first valve which are installed on the bin wall of the closed negative pressure bin, and a vacuum pump arranged on one side of the closed negative pressure bin. The vacuum pump is communicated with the closed negative pressure bin through a vacuumizing pipeline, and a second valve is arranged on the vacuumizing pipeline. The invention further provides a detection method for detecting the leakage of the nitrogen cylinder of the airplane, the closed negative pressure bin simulates the negative pressure state of the airplane during high-altitude flight in the detection process, the characteristic that atmospheric components in the closed negative pressure bin do not change is mainly utilized, the variable quantity of nitrogen elements in the closed negative pressure bin is monitored for multiple times, and the leakage of the nitrogen cylinder of the airplane is detected. Finally, whether the nitrogen cylinder leaks or not is judged according to multiple detection results. The simulation detection device is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, convenient to use, capable of simulating a detection environment, accurate in measurement and high in detection efficiency.

    一种用于检测飞机氮气瓶渗漏的仿真检测装置,包括一密闭负压仓、设置在密闭负压仓内的氮气浓度测试仪、安装在该密闭负压仓仓壁上的操作手套、负压压力表和第一阀门,以及设置在该密闭负压仓一侧的真空泵,该真空泵通过抽真空管路连通所述密闭负压仓,抽真空管路上设置有第二阀门。本申请还提供一种用于检测飞机氮气瓶渗漏的检测方法,检测过程中密闭负压仓仿真飞机高空飞行时的负压状态,主要利用密闭负压仓内大气成分不会变化的特性,对密闭负压仓内氮元素变化量进行多次监控,最终根据多次检测的结果来判断氮气瓶是否出现渗漏现象。本仿真检测装置,结构简单,制造成本低,使用便捷,能仿真检测环境,测量精确,检测效率高。
