The invention discloses an intelligent grouting pump and a grouting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of grouting device.The intelligent grouting pump comprises a moving mechanism, a grouting mechanism is arranged at the top of the moving mechanism and comprises a protective shell, a second motor is fixedly installed on one side of the outer wall of the protective shell, and a crankshaft is movably inserted into the inner surface wall of the protective shell; and one end of the outer wall of the crankshaft is fixedly connected with the output end of a second motor, and two first cylinder sleeves and a second cylinder sleeve are fixedly mounted on the inner surface wall of the protective shell. The device can transmit the grouting pressure to a control terminal in real time, the real-time grouting pressure can be checked through a pressure change curve, when the pressure reaches the set pressure, the electromagnetic valve in the direction is closed, the electromagnetic valve in the other direction is opened, and grouting in the other direction is started, so that the grouting condition can be traced, the engineering quality can be analyzed, and the device can interact with a computer terminal and is convenient to use. A drawing can be guided into the equipment through hole sites, the pressure upper limit and grouting stopping conditions can be controlled, and a computer end can control starting and stopping of a grouting pump.

    本发明公开了一种智能注浆泵及其注浆方法,涉及注浆设备技术领域,包括:移动机构,移动机构的顶部设置有注浆机构,注浆机构包括防护外壳,防护外壳的外壁一侧固定安装有第二电机,第防护外壳的内表壁活动插设有曲轴,且曲轴的外壁一端与第二电机的输出端固定连接,防护外壳的内表壁固定安装有两个第一缸套和第二缸套。本装置可以实时将注浆压力传输至控制终端,可通过压力变化曲线查看实时注浆压力,当压力达到设定压力后,该向电磁阀关闭,另一向电磁阀开启,开始另一向注浆,从而可对注浆情况进行溯源,分析工程质量,本装置可与电脑终端进行交互,可将图纸可孔位导至设备内,可控制压力上限及停止注浆条件,电脑端可以控制注浆泵的启停。
