The component B is polymerized MDI; the average molecular weight of the polyether polyol is 4000-8000, and the primary hydroxyl content of the polyether polyol is 70-90%; the average molecular weight of the polyester polyol is 200-2000, and the hydroxyl value of the polyester polyol is 50-500 mg KOH/g; the polyurethane foam scraps are hard or semi-hard foam scraps; the deodorant is formed by mixing melamine and small molecular alcohol according to the weight part ratio of 1: (2-5). The technical scheme well solves the problems, and can be used in the industrial application of the automobile roof reinforcing plate.

    本发明涉及一种多孔材料及其制备方法与用途,主要解决现有技术中聚氨酯泡沫气味大、克重高、复合强度低的问题,本发明通过采用一种多孔材料,由重量份数比为100:150~200的组分A、B组成,组分A以重量份数计包括聚醚多元醇20~45份,聚酯多元醇20~50份,聚氨酯泡沫屑2~10份,反应型催化剂0.6~1.5份,表面活性剂0.5~1.5份,水1~6份,除味剂10~20份;组分B为聚合MDI;聚醚多元醇的平均分子量为4000~8000,伯羟基含量为70~90%;聚酯多元醇平均分子量为200~2000,羟值50~500mg KOH/g;聚氨酯泡沫屑为硬质或半硬质泡沫屑;除味剂由三聚氰胺和小分子醇类按照重量份数比1:2~5混合而成的技术方案较好地解决了上述问题,可用于汽车顶棚增强板的工业应用中。
