The reader can identify electronic tags carried on the module units, the electronic tags comprise spatial position information of the corresponding module units in the BIM building model, the lifting device further comprises a position detection assembly, the position detection assembly is electrically connected with the control device, the position detection assembly can detect the position of the lifting plate frame, and the position detection assembly can detect the position of the lifting plate frame. The control device can control the lifting plate frame to move to the position over the spatial position of the corresponding module unit, and the control device can control the lifting device to ascend and descend. The spatial position of the module unit can be accurately judged, manual judgment is not needed, the hoisting accuracy of the module unit is improved, and the building efficiency and quality are improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于BIM技术模块化建筑吊装系统及吊装方法,涉及模块化建筑吊领域,采用的方案是:包括起吊装置,起吊装置包括吊运板框,还包括RGV运输车和控制装置,控制装置存储有BIM建筑模型信息,RGV运输车上设置有阅读器,阅读器能够识别模块单元上携带的电子标签,电子标签包含相应模块单元在BIM建筑模型中的空间位置信息,吊运板框包括吊运板框,起吊装置还包括位置检测组件,位置检测组件与控制装置电连接,位置检测组件能够检测吊运板框的位置,控制装置能够控制吊运板框移动至相应模块单元空间位置的正上方,控制装置能够控制起吊装置升降。本发明能够准确判断模块单元的空间位置,不需人工进行判断,提升模块单元吊装准确性,提升建筑效率和质量。
