The invention discloses a linear weighing device correction method for an elevator. The method comprises the steps that the initial relation between the output value of a weighing device and the load rate of an elevator car and the initial relation between the load rate of the elevator car and a zero-speed maintaining torque current value are measured in the elevator installation stage; and after the elevator runs for a preset period, whether the current output value of the weighing device exceeds a preset range or not when the load rate of the elevator car is zero is monitored, and if yes, the relation between the output value of the weighing device and the load rate of the elevator car and the relation between the load rate of the elevator car and the zero-speed maintaining torque current value are corrected. Compared with the prior art, linear fitting is convenient, the calculated amount is extremely small, and correction can be conducted only by simply calculating the output value of the weighing device and the torque current value, read by the elevator driving device, of the elevator car when the load is kept at the zero speed.
本发明公开了一种电梯用线性称量装置矫正方法,在电梯安装阶段测定称量装置输出值与电梯轿厢负载率的初始关系,以及电梯轿厢负载率与零速维持转矩电流值的初始关系;在电梯运行预设周期后,监测电梯轿厢负载率为0时的当前称量装置输出值是否超出预设范围,若超出,矫正称量装置输出值与电梯轿厢负载率的关系,以及电梯轿厢负载率与零速维持转矩电流值的关系。与现有技术相比本发明的线性拟合方便,计算量极少,仅需要称量装置的输出值和电梯驱动装置读取电梯轿厢在该负载零速维持时的转矩电流值,进行简单计算即可进行矫正。
