The invention provides an anti-flutter air rudder with an adjustable mass center and a manufacturing method. A balancing weight of first mass is riveted and fixed to the position, in front of a pneumatic pressure center, of a framework of the air rudder; performing strength analysis and flutter analysis on the control surface of the air rudder to obtain the strength margin and the flutter margin of the current control surface; if the allowance is sufficient, the mass of the balancing weight is reduced to be second mass so as to reduce the weight of the control surface, and then strength analysis and flutter analysis are conducted till the strength allowance and the flutter allowance can meet the design requirement; and if the allowance is insufficient, the mass of the balancing weight is increased to be third mass so as to increase the weight of the control surface, and then strength analysis and flutter analysis are conducted till the strength allowance and the flutter allowance can meet the design requirement. On the premise that it is guaranteed that the air rudder has enough heat intensity, the position of the mass center of the rudder surface is reasonably adjusted to improve aeroelasticity, and the chatter problem is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种质心可调的防颤振空气舵及制造方法,将第一质量的配重块铆接固定在空气舵的骨架上的气动压心之前的位置处;对空气舵的舵面进行强度分析和颤振分析,得出当前舵面的强度余量和颤振余量;若余量充足,则降低配重块的质量为第二质量以降低舵面的重量,再进行强度分析和颤振分析,直到强度余量和颤振余量能达到设计要求;若余量不足,则增加配重块的质量为第三质量以增加舵面的重量,再进行强度分析和颤振分析,直到强度余量和颤振余量能达到设计要求。本发明在保证空气舵具有足够的热强度前提下,合理调整舵面质心位置来改善气动弹性,避免颤振问题的发生。
