The invention discloses a fleet-level energy-saving operation scheduling method based on an improved particle swarm algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing actual operation diagram data of each train; (2) establishing a multi-train regenerative braking energy recovery model; (3) initializing an improved particle swarm algorithm, inertia weight, learning factors and a displacement change formula; (4) updating and iterating the model by using an improved particle swarm algorithm, and outputting an optimal time distribution matrix and regenerative braking energy; and (5) updating and iterating the dwell time of each train, calculating the dwell time of each corresponding train under the working condition of maximum energy recovery, and completing the energy-saving scheduling of each train based on the improved particle swarm algorithm. According to the method, population initialization is processed by using a Circle mapping method, and key parameters of the particle swarm algorithm are dynamically adjusted, so that the station dwell time of each train at different stations can be quickly calculated, and the energy recovery of the whole interval is further increased.

    本发明公开了一种基于改进的粒子群算法的车队级节能运行调度方法,(1)构造各列车实际运行图数据;(2)建立多列车再生制动能量回收模型;(3)改进粒子群算法初始化、惯性权重、学习因子和位移变化公式;(4)利用改进的粒子群算法对模型进行更新迭代,输出最优时间分配矩阵和再生制动能量;(5)更新迭代各列车停站时间,计算出能量回收最多工况下对应各列车车停站时间,完成改进的粒子群算法的各列车的节能调度。本发明通过利用Circle映射方法对种群初始化进行处理和动态调整粒子群算法关键参数,可较快计算出各列车在不同站停站时间,并进一步增加整个区间的能量回收。
