The invention discloses an automobile drive-by-wire brake heat fading self-compensation system and a control method, and the method comprises the steps: in a braking process, calculating a brake wear coefficient according to a total braking distance and a real-time braking distance, calculating a new total braking distance according to the total braking distance and the real-time braking distance, and replacing the new total braking distance; calculating a heat fading friction coefficient according to the real-time hydraulic braking force and the real-time rotating speed of the wheels; calculating self-compensation hydraulic braking force according to the target hydraulic braking force, the brake wear coefficient and the heat fading friction coefficient, and calculating the self-compensation hydraulic braking force; and the target braking force of the hydraulic braking system is controlled according to the self-compensation hydraulic braking force. The self-compensation hydraulic braking force is calculated according to the target hydraulic braking force, the brake abrasion coefficient and the heat fading friction coefficient, the hydraulic brake is controlled, and safety accidents of an automobile are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种汽车线控制动器热衰退自补偿系统及控制方法,包括:制动过程中,根据总制动距离和实时制动距离计算制动器磨损系数,根据总制动距离和实时制动距离计算新总制动距离并替换总制动距离;根据实时液压制动力和车轮实时转动速度计算热衰退摩擦系数;根据目标液压制动力、制动器磨损系数和热衰退摩擦系数计算自补偿液压制动力,并将计算得到的自补偿液压制动力;根据自补偿液压制动力控制液压制动系统目标制动力。本发明根据目标液压制动力、制动器磨损系数和热衰退摩擦系数计算自补偿液压制动力,对液压制动器进行控制,避免汽车发生安全事故。
