The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle torque, in particular to a torque recovery method, a torque recovery device, a vehicle and computer equipment. The torque recovery method comprises the steps that the vehicle is in a low-power working condition; calculating a recovery restriction torque based on the recovery restriction power and the rotating speed of the motor, and comparing the initial target torque with the recovery restriction torque; in response to the condition that the initial target torque exceeds the recovery restriction torque, performing first restriction on the initial target torque by using the recovery restriction torque to obtain a first request torque, and sending a first torque request to the motor control module; and in response to the condition that the initial target torque does not exceed the recovery restriction torque, analyzing the bound torque in combination with the vehicle speed and the recovery restriction power, performing second restriction on the initial target torque by using the bound torque to obtain a second request torque, and sending a second torque request to the motor control module. By adopting the method, the working condition of the vehicle can be identified, and the influence on energy consumption is reduced while the smoothness of the low-power state of the vehicle is optimized.
