The invention discloses an electric control suspension oil cylinder, an electric control suspension system and engineering machinery. The electric control suspension system comprises two electric control suspension oil cylinders, a central rotary body and an energy accumulator, wherein the electric control suspension oil cylinder comprises an electromagnetic reversing valve and a suspension oil cylinder, and a valve port of the electromagnetic reversing valve is connected with an oil port of the suspension oil cylinder through a pipeline; electromagnetic coils of the electromagnetic reversing valves of the two electric control suspension oil cylinders are connected with each other and are connected with the central rotary body; oil ports in the tops of the two electric control suspension oil cylinders are connected, and an energy accumulator is arranged on a connecting line. According to the electric control suspension system, a starting signal of the electric control suspension system is associated with a vehicle walking signal, the electric control suspension system is started as long as a vehicle walks, and the two electric control suspension oil cylinders and the energy accumulator are communicated with each other during starting, so that the damping effect is achieved. The electromagnetic reversing valve and the suspension oil cylinder are used in cooperation, a hydraulic control one-way valve set is not needed any more, a suspension system is opened reliably, and the risk of instant closing is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电控悬挂油缸、电控悬挂系统及工程机械,该电控悬挂系统包括两个电控悬挂油缸、中心回转体和蓄能器;其中,电控悬挂油缸包括电磁换向阀和悬挂油缸,电磁换向阀的阀口通过管路与悬挂油缸的油口相连;两个电控悬挂油缸的电磁换向阀的电磁线圈相连,并连接中心回转体;两个电控悬挂油缸顶部的油口相连,连接线路上设蓄能器。本发明将电控悬挂系统的开启信号与车辆行走信号关联,只要行走,电控悬挂系统就开启,开启时,两个电控悬挂油缸以及蓄能器相互连通,起到减震作用。本发明将电磁换向阀和悬挂油缸配合使用,不再需要液控单向阀组,悬挂系统开启可靠,没有瞬间关闭的风险。
