The invention relates to the field of automatic driving control, and discloses an equalization conversion method, device and equipment for a vehicle-mounted direct current power supply, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring target direct current power to be converted, and determining a plurality of direct current power supply modules corresponding to direct current conversion and original direct current voltage of each module; determining a main direct-current power supply module and a plurality of sub direct-current power supply modules from the direct-current power supply modules, and respectively controlling the direct-current power supply modules to perform buck-boost conversion to obtain target direct-current voltage, first direct current and second direct current; judging the magnitude relationship between the first direct current and each second direct current, and adjusting the second direct current output by each sub direct current power supply module; and controlling the output power subjected to equalization conversion after the main direct-current power supply module and each sub direct-current power supply module are connected in parallel to obtain an equalization direct-current power supply required by the target vehicle.
