The invention provides a bridge active anti-ship-collision early warning and intercepting device which comprises laser sensors installed on the upstream and the downstream of a bridge respectively; the track monitoring device is mounted on a bridge and comprises a radar detector and a ship AIS (Automatic Identification System); the video monitoring device is mainly composed of cameras, a VHF receiver and a hard disk video recorder, and the cameras are installed on the upstream, the downstream and the navigation port pier of the bridge respectively and right face the direction in which the ship drives into the bridge; the hard disk video recorder is installed on a bridge and is connected with the camera and the VHF receiver. The acousto-optic early warning device comprises a high-frequency VHF voice, a high-pitch loudspeaker and a flashing lamp which are mounted on the bridge; the ship intercepting device is arranged at the position 500 m in front of a bridge and comprises a fence structure, an alarm module and a ship control unit. And the main control module is in communication connection with the laser sensor, the track monitoring device, the video monitoring device, the acousto-optic early warning device and the ship intercepting device. According to the device, active ship collision prevention can be achieved, and early warning and interception can be conducted in time.

    本发明提供一种桥梁主动式防船撞预警与拦截装置,包括:激光传感器,分别安装在桥梁的上游和下游;轨迹监测装置,安装在桥梁上,包括雷达探测器和船舶AIS系统;视频监控装置,主要由摄像机、VHF接收器、硬盘录像机组成,摄像机分别安装在桥梁的上游、下游和航口桥墩处,并正对船舶驶入桥梁方向;硬盘录像机安装在桥梁上,分别连接摄像机、VHF接收器;声光预警装置,包括安装在桥梁上的高频VHF语音、高音大喇叭和爆闪灯;船舶拦截装置,设置在桥梁前方500米处,包括栅栏结构、报警模块、船舶控制单元;主控模块,分别与激光传感器、轨迹监测装置、视频监控装置、声光预警装置、船舶拦截装置通信连接。本装置可以主动式防船撞,并且可以及时预警和拦截。
