The invention discloses an active anti-ship-collision early warning system and method for a bridge, and the method comprises the specific steps: carrying out the marking of collected ship data through a ship camera, building a deep learning model for target recognition, and carrying out the recognition of the position of a ship based on the deep learning model, judging whether the ship exceeds the limit or not based on the ship position and the under-bridge dangerous position, and if the ship exceeds the limit, reminding the ship of over-limit information; compared with the prior art, the system has the characteristics of no influence on the navigation conditions of the river channel, simple installation of the video anti-collision equipment system, low cost, real-time performance and high intelligent degree, and can be popularized and used on small and medium-sized bridges in cities in a large scale, so that the safety guarantee of the small and medium-sized bridges in cities is improved.

    本发明公开一种桥梁主动防船撞预警系统及方法,具体步骤包括:利用船只摄像头对采集到的船只数据进行标注并建立目标识别的深度学习模型,基于深度学习模型对船只位置进行识别,基于船只位置和桥下危险位置对船只是否超限进行判别,若船只超限则提醒船只超限信息;本发明同现有技术相比,具有不影响河道通航条件、视频防撞设备系统安装简单、成本低、实时、智能化程度高的特点,可在城市中小桥梁上进行大规模推广使用,提高城市中小桥梁安全保障。
