The invention provides a bottom-loading high-temperature graphitization furnace. The bottom-loading high-temperature graphitization furnace comprises a graphitization furnace body, a heating body, an induction coil, a thermal insulation material and a hydraulic lifting mechanism, the graphitization furnace body comprises a furnace cover, an upper furnace body, a lower furnace body, a furnace chassis and a charging tray; the hydraulic lifting mechanism is arranged below the graphitization furnace body, and the upper end of the hydraulic lifting mechanism abuts against the lower end of the loading tray; the hydraulic lifting mechanism lifts the loading tray containing workpieces in the vertical direction, when the upper end of the loading tray abuts against the lower end of the furnace base plate, the workpieces enter the heating body, the induction coil generates an alternating magnetic field to generate induction current to enable the heating body to heat, and heat is radiated to the workpieces arranged in the heating body. The furnace base plate provided with the heating body, the heat preservation material and the induction coil can descend through lifting of the hydraulic lifting mechanism so as to be maintained. The high-temperature graphitization furnace solves the problems that in the prior art, a high-temperature graphitization furnace adopts traditional feeding type furnace charging, an operator needs to work at a high place, and the charging and maintaining efficiency is low.

    本发明提供了一种下装料高温石墨化炉,包括:石墨化炉本体、发热体、感应线圈、保温材料和液压升降机构;石墨化炉本体包括炉盖、上炉体、下炉体、炉底盘和装料盘;液压升降机构设置于石墨化炉本体的下方,液压升降机构的上端与装料盘的下端抵接;液压升降机构将装有工件的装料盘沿竖直方向升起,当装料盘的上端与炉底盘的下端抵接时,工件进入发热体内,感应线圈产生交变磁场而产生感应电流使发热体发热,并将热量辐射到置于其内部的工件上;通过液压升降机构的升降可将装有发热体、保温材料和感应线圈的炉底盘下降以进行维修。本发明解决了现有技术中的高温石墨化炉采用传统的上料式装炉,操作人员需要在高处作业,装料和维修效率低等问题。
