    本发明提供一种重载多经轴装卡自动定位及吊装系统,属于纺织技术领域,包括动力导航小车,重载经轴托盘安装在动力导航小车上方,用于在流转过程中承载重载经轴;升降引导装置安装于动力导航小车前端,升降引导装置包括斜面导轨,斜面导轨上安装有升降滑轨,升降滑轨与斜面导轨滑动连接,升降滑轨顶部设置有引入导轨,便于与织造设备上轴装卡位置搭接。本发明可将重载经轴自动运送至设备上轴的指定位置,启动机械臂吊装装置将重载经轴沿升降引导装置滚动提升至经轴装卡位置,升降引导装置起到引导和支撑作用,减小机械臂吊装装置的负担,提高重载经轴的吊装效率,降低工人的劳动强度,实现重载经轴的准确定位,提高重载经轴的吊装精度。
